Our Mission

BMA provides training for emerging artists by connecting them with Broadway professionals to fuel the future of the arts.

What We Do

BMA is an award winning non-profit organization that can provide your children with quality, comprehensive training and instruction in the arts of singing, acting, and dancing. From group classes and private instruction to Broadway style performance opportunities, we can give your children the tools they need for success in their chosen art. Your children will work with experienced artists, including some of Broadway’s top talents as guest instructors for our students.

EQUITY IN THE ARTS

OUR COMMITMENT

At BMA a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all students, employees and volunteers, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education or disability, feels valued and respected. We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach and provide equal opportunity for employment and advancement in all of our classrooms, productions and other places of work. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and ensure that all voices are valued and heard.

We’re committed to modeling diversity and inclusion for the entire arts industry of the nonprofit sector, and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.
