Yoga with Lisa


This class, geared for adults will explore mindful, gentle stretches and poses that focus on lengthening muscles and softening tension, opening the hips, hamstrings, chest and low back. Includes mindful meditation, soothing for both body and mind. Accessible to all levels and ages.

Lisa Sheehan is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor for both adults (E-RYT) and children (RCYT) and she is a registered MBSR teacher at UMASS Medical School Center for Mindfulness .   Her classes focus on mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga for stress reduction & relaxation.  Several of her guided meditations and yoga can be found on the Insight Timer App.

Attendees at any time can transfer to the online Zoom format.
